Womens Registration Information

Norths Womens Registration Information 2026

All players who registered in 2025 will have received (or will shortly receive) an email with a direct link to complete your 2026 registration. If you did not play for Norths in 2025, or have not received the link, please complete the following steps to register: 

§  Click on 'Womens Registration 2026 from the Womens drop down menu

§  Click on 'Register Now' at the bottom right of the page

§  If you have played previously, you have already been added to the online database. When prompted for your email address, you can either set up a new password by selecting "reset your password", or alternatively request an email with a link to your profile

§  On the profile page, fill in details for your Emergency Contact by clicking "Add an Emergency Contact", and fill in your 2026 registration details by selecting "Register a Player"

Once all details are completed, 

• Proceed to the Invoice page where you can pay the whole or part of your fees via Master Card or Visa. Proceed to Checkout.
• Select Pay Full Amount (or part amount) With Credit Card
• Once finalised an invoice/receipt will be emailed directly to you.

To pay fees directly to NSWHC Bank Account

• Proceed to the Invoice page where you can pay the whole or part of your fees via Master Card or Visa. Proceed to Checkout.
• Select Pay Full Amount With Credit Card
• Select Cancel

You will then be emailed an invoice and you can make payments via Direct Debit directly to the Senior Women’s bank account:

Reference: Your name and word “Fees”

There are three options for the payment of fees in 2026. We ask all players to commit to one of these options by Friday 27 February 2026.

Option 1 – Full fees upfront
Full fees paid by Sunday 27 February 2026

Option 2 – Instalments 

§     1^st payment – $350 payable by Friday 27 February 2026

§     2^nd payment – Remainder of fees payable no later than Sunday 24 May 2026

Option 3 – Payment Plan 
If you wish to enter into a payment plan, or otherwise pay your fees on an alternate schedule, please contact NSWHC Treasurer nswhc@live.com

Majestri Payments (not preferred)

Payments via Majestri using a credit card can be made, however this will incur an additional fee of 2.9% which will be added to your fees. This covers the costs associated with using this service.

Bank Transfer to NSWHC Account (preferred)

Payments via bank transfer is the preferred payment option. Please ensure you include your name and word “Fees” as reference.

All players MUST register with Hockey Queensland.

No player may take the field if the Hockey Queensland registration has not been completed. All players MUST register with Hockey Queensland. The following table provides a list of registration fees for Hockey Queensland / Hockey Australia for 2024:

The Hockey Queensland fee includes the insurance levy for 2026, so it is essential that the HQ registration is completed and the fee paid prior to playing.
